this hotel was an absolute disappointment. the rooftop pool is just a glorified bathtub and the staff seemed confused, as if they were all playing a game of charades. in addition, can someone please explain why there was no welcome gift? a simple gesture would’ve been nice. i almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff were just so friendly and helpful, chommies who made our stay special! Our room had a lekker comfy bed with nice little surprises like gifts every day. Brekkie was on point, so many delicious options to keep us going!

The noise from the courtyard diners was a bit loud at night, but we just closed the shutters and tried to sleep it off.

This 5-star boutique hotel is beautifully designed and right in the heart of palma’s old town, making it an amazing base for discovering landmarks and enjoying park views. the staff was fantastic and incredibly welcoming, helping to make my stay truly special.

The food was delicious, and the bed was huge and comfy, making my stay truly enjoyable. I really loved relaxing in the spa's steam room and indulging in a soothing foot massage. The only minor snag was some evening noise from below, but it didn’t really spoil my experience. 😊

Location was perfect, right in the old town. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of freshly cooked items.
